    The regulations set out the conditions that apply when booking and renting holiday homes. By making a reservation, you accept these regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    After booking, a deposit of 30% of the total booking price must be paid to our account.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Please check in upon arrival. The person making the check-in has an identity card.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Upon check-in, it is necessary to pay the entire amount in accordance with the previously made reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Premature departure does not include reimbursement for unused time.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Check-in and check-out takes place in the cottage in the presence of the owner.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    Upon arrival, check the condition of the cottage equipment such as windows, shower and other appliances. Report any damage to personnel immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    Upon receipt of the keys, the landlord is responsible for all items that are the equipment of this place. Thus, the house should be returned in the same condition in which it was found.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  10. \n

    The landlord is financially responsible for any damage caused to the cottage during his stay.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  11. \n

    The price of the services provided does not include insurance. Please take care of your health and take care of yourself before your arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  12. \n

    The curfew on the premises is valid from 22:00 to 6:00. During this time, it is forbidden to organize various types of events that could disturb the silence of the neighbors.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Grill and fireplace at your disposal, use as intended (only adults).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  14. \n

    The fireplace in the cottage is at your disposal, use it for its intended purpose (only adults).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  15. \n

    It is forbidden to smoke tobacco products in the cabins, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  16. \n

    We accept pets after prior notification. A day with an animal costs PLN 10. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  17. \n

    There are two parking spaces for one house on the premises.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  18. \n

    We are not responsible for items left at the cottage.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  19. \n

    Before leaving the cottage, please close all windows and doors.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  20.
